Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're sorry to hear that! However, as we are a very small brand selling Limited Edition designs only, please return the item to us as soon as possible, in it's original unused condition, within 7-10 days of receipt.
For any items ordered on the run up to Christmas this returns period is extended, so simply send your returns to us in the New Year by January 14th please.
Returned items should be unused and unworn (if applicable) and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we would also be happy to exchange the item for you and in those circumstances we pay for the postal cost of the replacement design ourselves.
Please note:
Goods will only be accepted for return if they arrive back with us within 7-10 days of delivery, unless you have messaged us and we have notified you otherwise.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection, we recommend that you send your item using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods being sent. For your peace of mind, we always message you to confirm receipt of your parcel so you know that it has arrived safely.
The cost of returning the item to us is also your responsibility given we are a very small independent UK brand and as such are sadly unable to absorb these costs.
Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are actually faulty. Please note we will refund an item if it is faulty, after a thorough check of that item. In those circumstances a refund for that item will be confirmed via email before being issued.
Whilst we issue any refund immediately after those QC checks, please allow 7 working days for that refund to be processed by your own payment provider.
